If you are an employee of a client that uses the HRA services, this privacy policy does not apply to you or your use of the services. Please refer to your employer’s privacy policy, which applies to the collection, use, processing and retention of your personal information. Individual employees of our clients who seek access to their data, or who seek to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their requests to their employers who are HRA’s clients. HRA clients are able to remove and update personal information and data without HRA’s involvement.
What information we collect
HRA acts as a service provider and data processor with respect to employee personal information that is collected on behalf of our clients (your employer), who act as the data controller. We process this information strictly under their instructions. For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to first name, last name, email, address, state, zip, country, and date of birth. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
When a User registers with HRA, information is needed such as the User’s name, company name, business address, contact telephone number, and email address. A billing address and credit card information is also required if the User has chosen a paid account. Some information provided to us may, either alone or when connected with other information to which we may have access, individually identify a User, and that information may be referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Personal Information.”

We may collect information in a variety of ways, including:

- Through business interaction: We may collect information through your or your employer’s business interaction with our employees or offices.

Data may be processed in the United States and in other jurisdictions where HRA or its technology partners maintain operations. We take reasonable measures to ensure that data remains protected regardless of where it is processed.
Certain aspects of our services may involve limited automated processing, such as payroll calculations or benefits eligibility checks, to facilitate efficient delivery of services.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
Should we make any significant changes in the way we treat any Personal Information, we will notify account holders by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your HRA account. We may also place a prominent notice on our website.
